Renault Van Service & Repairs in Dandenong
Renault Trafic, Master and Kangoo servicing and repairs in Dandenong. Factory CLIP diagnostics, diesel and DPF work, and fleet accounts for businesses.
A work van is serviced differently from a hatchback: higher distances, heavier loads, more idling and a lot of short stop-start runs. The Trafic, Master and Kangoo are looked after here on Renault's own CLIP diagnostic platform, the same one we use for Renault passenger cars.
Diesel vans that spend their days on short urban runs are harder on particulate filters, EGR valves and injectors than highway driving is. Factory diagnostics read those systems' live data, so a developing fault can be found before it turns into a breakdown.
If the business runs more than one vehicle, fleet servicing keeps each van on its own logbook schedule with consolidated invoicing.
Common Renault vans work

When to bring it in
- A particulate filter, anti-pollution or engine warning has come on

Questions
Common
questions.
The Trafic, Master and Kangoo. If you run a different European van, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right workshop for it.
Yes. Fleet servicing puts each vehicle on its own logbook schedule, with one point of contact and consolidated invoicing. Get in touch with the number of vans you run and how they are used.
No. A new vehicle can be serviced by any qualified workshop without voiding the manufacturer's warranty, provided the work follows the logbook schedule and uses parts and fluids to the manufacturer's specification. That is how it is serviced here, and the logbook is stamped accordingly.
The filter burns off soot during longer runs at steady speed. A van used mostly for short trips may never get hot enough to finish that process, so the filter loads up. A diagnostic shows how full it is and whether a sensor, injector or EGR fault is behind it.
