Logbook Servicing

Manufacturer-compliant servicing that protects your warranty and preserves resale value.

Under Australian law you do not need to service at a dealership to keep your warranty. We stamp your logbook, use approved fluids and filters, and record everything against your VIN so your service history is airtight.

A logbook service follows the manufacturer's own schedule for your car, not a generic oil-and-filter checklist. The schedule sets which fluids, filters and inspections are due at each interval, and on most European cars it changes with mileage, time and how the car has been driven.

We read the car's own service indicator first - Condition Based Service on BMW and MINI, ASSYST on Mercedes-Benz - so the work matches what is actually due. If an item on the schedule is not due yet, we tell you rather than doing it early.

From$3954-cylinder, capped-price brands - final price quoted before work starts.

Questions

Common
questions.

No. You can have a new car serviced by any qualified workshop without voiding the manufacturer's warranty, provided the work follows the logbook schedule and uses parts and fluids to the manufacturer's specification. That is what a logbook service here does.

The car decides from its own counters: Condition Based Service on BMW and MINI, ASSYST on Mercedes-Benz. We read the counter before quoting and tell you exactly which items are due. Our articles on BMW service due messages and Mercedes Service A versus Service B explain both systems.

The starting price on this page assumes a 4-cylinder car on a standard interval. Larger engines and major intervals cost more, and you get a written quote before any work begins.
