Skoda Service & Repairs in Dandenong
Skoda servicing, diagnostics and repairs in Dandenong on the factory ODIS platform. Fabia, Octavia, Superb, Karoq and Kodiaq, quoted in writing first.
Under the badge, a Skoda shares its platforms, engines and gearboxes with Volkswagen and Audi. The same factory diagnostic platform, ODIS, and the same depth of service data apply, which is why a Skoda gets the same treatment here as its German relatives.
The Octavia, Superb, Karoq and Kodiaq use the group's turbo petrol and TDI diesel engines, most with a DSG dual-clutch gearbox and some with all-wheel drive. Each carries service items beyond the oil change, and gearbox and all-wheel-drive fluids are easy to miss when a car is maintained on oil services alone.

Common Skoda work
- EA888 timing chain and water pump

When to bring it in
- A service reminder is showing, or the logbook interval has passed

Questions
Common
questions.
Largely, yes. Skoda shares its platforms, engines and gearboxes with Volkswagen and Audi, and we use the same factory diagnostic platform, ODIS, for all three. The service schedule is Skoda's own, and that is the one we follow.
No. A new vehicle can be serviced by any qualified workshop without voiding the manufacturer's warranty, provided the work follows the logbook schedule and uses parts and fluids to the manufacturer's specification. That is how it is serviced here, and the logbook is stamped accordingly.
On many DSG gearboxes, yes: the fluid has a replacement interval separate from the engine oil service. It depends on which gearbox your car has, so we check the schedule for your model and tell you whether it is due.
It depends on the model, the engine and which service interval is due. We check the service schedule for your exact vehicle first and give you a written quote before any work begins.
